Staff when seen was friendly. No staff at breakfast, ran out of items. Only one waffle maker with a big line. Crowded breakfast area. Overall not a great breakfast. Didn't stay for the second morning. Room was what we expected for the price. Well worn, but clean. Bed was clean and comfortable. You could hear the rooms beside you but fortunately our neighbors were not too loud and didn't get up earlier than us.

older property, but fairly well kept and very clean. Breakfast did not have eggs, sausage or bacon, but had hot waffles that you could make as well as the other standard fair. It was within decent walking distance to the Arc so very convenient saved me the $15 parking fee

I staff was very friendly. I felt it was clean enough and safe. The breakfast was continental. This is an older motel that appears to have been somewhat renovated. The shower looked new, but the toilet was very low to the ground and the floor tile needed replacing. The 6 panel bathroom door and trim needed a good cleaning and painting. The furniture is outdated. The flooring is luxury vinyl plank which a lot of hotels are using. The rooms are dark with only a blackout shade, no curtains. There was a harvest gold couch, but no chairs and there was a small table. The price was reasonable. It is directly across from the Ark (within walking distance).

The floor was dirty, you had to have something on your feet at all times. The furniture was shabby and dirty. The microwave only worked for 2 minutes and shut off completely and come back on in 3-5 minutes.

Very convenient to the ark experience. Plenty of parking. Next to gas station. Nice inn. Updated. Clean and quiet. Nice staff. Ice machine in check in area. Simple. Not extravagant. Just what you need for a day or a few. Comfy bed. Good size room. Clean bathroom. Good price. Will stay again when we come back to the ark encounter.

I definitely feel like the pictures of the facility is misleading. Also, we could actually hear the people in the other room tv. We could smell cigarette smoke on the 2nd night we were there. It is within walking distance to the Ark Encounter, which was nice. The check in and out process is very quick and easy.

wi fi was good. The bathroom door was too tight to close. It needs to be planed, cut, or sanded down a little to be able to close without forcing it.
