It is one of my favorite places to go but sometimes it is overcrowded and the people can be rude and rowdy. But the staff is fantastic they do a great job even with the crowds.

Overall a nice stay but shock that Shampoo and Conditioner not provided, only a travel size bar soap. The rooms could have been cleaned better by the staff. The fire alarm went on but did not see any staff people or fire department show up to the building we stayed at. Could’ve done a better job shoveling the away from the parking areas. There were a few parking spots blocked off by pile of snow.

Very crowded, overrun with under-supervised kids esp. in hot tub. Overpriced for what you get. The mountain view/ location was very nice; moderately remote, scenic. The buildings were left unlocked for convenience, the door entry room locks did not work perfectly, one of the locks to porch did not stay shut unless you lifted the door slightly. Odd, but it still worked. Housekeeping missed the kids handprints all over windows because blind was left shut. The pool and hot tub were crowded most times, they need a second adult hot tub at minimum!! They had weird policies to use pool table and it was used by the same group or two all weekend. They wanted you to give them something valuable to take out the pool set. Therefore, only one person could have it and it couldn't be passed on to the next, which just goes to show a lot of families bring kids there and are irresponsible. We used the table tennis and foosball which were nice to have. The kitchen was pretty well equipped overall. We didn't get to enjoy the hot tub as much as we would have liked to given how crowded it got. I would say it is a regular spot for visitors during ski season and the issue with the hot tub is well documented, as far as overcrowding in the hot tub. It also stopped sending out hot water in evening, two nights. One night it seemed it was just shut off. Kids had put snow in it too subic was reported so perhaps they shut off the hot jets , but it did happen more than one night and then magically.

We were promised building 10 by I believe her name was Amber and we were given building 14. I requested a little extra time at checkout and they stated they had a strict no late checkout policy. Really wish they would exercise some discretion since I made no complaint about the building they put me in.

The 2 rooms we had were clean. One of the fireplaces did not work. The headboard was loose from the bed. The ice machine was also broken in one of the rooms. There was a window left open when we first got there; it was freezing. I had a good stay, just seems the property needs some TLC. I would stay here again, just hopefully in a better unit closer to the lodge, and maybe in the future they can invest in shuttle transportation to the ski mount instead of forcing you to drive to the mountain.

No frills stay with a kitchen and dishwasher (make sure your room has one— some do not!!!). Location is across the street from Jiminy Peak, so skiing can be accomplished almost as easy as staying on their property. This is our fourth time staying and it always serves its purpose.

The reservation said 1 bedroom but nothing mentioned about not having an oven or a toaster oven or a dishwasher. Only a microwave and a hot plate which we were not comfortable using.
