Would definitely stay here again!!!

After needing a different room the reception staff worked REALLY hard (successfully) to accommodate us (thank you Mr.Joe!!!:) The condo was beautiful and clean. We would definitely stay here again!!

The unit has everything you need and is very clean. It would benefit from a step stool in the kitchen area because you can't reach the dishes without standing on a chair. Also it says you MUST use a convention pan to use the cooktop but there isn't one. Parking is difficult -- the spaces area too short for many vehicles leaving them partly in the road.

Great resort condo for price of a hotel room!

Clean, comfortable one bedroom condo with full size fridge, microwave, 2 burner hotplate and plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pans. Beautiful location with many resort features for the whole family. Staff is wonderful and quick to respond if you need help with anything in the condo.

I reported to the office two times that the air condition in the unit was not cooling off the unit to say that 73 my whole day was unable to use the hot tub. It only had cold water when I addressed it two times with the front desk associate there was no satisfaction not even a sorry that that.

Lovely site. Clean, spacious rooms, indoor and outdoor pools. But no restaurant, not even a "continental breakfast." You have to drive six miles to get breakfast. And contra Expedia's listing, the place is NOT in Williamstown. It is 11 miles away, in Hancock.

My husband and I stayed here for the last section of our vacation. The property was excellent-very clean & very quiet. Only thing was all parking was on gravel and on an angle so hard to find a safe spot for our motorcycle.

Bad Service in the Berkshires

Nice location in the Berkshires. Front desk was horrible. Sent us 2 emails certifying that are room would be ready by 4pm. Even did all the pre check in online to make things “quicker “. Room wasn’t ready until after 530 pm. I had to keep going up to the front desk to ask for updates because nobody would tell me anything. The attitude of the staff was like “oh,well”. I paid extra for a king suite with a balcony and mountain view. Our view was blocked by a giant tree. Nothing like the pictures on the website. No USB plugs in the rooms. Clean and quiet but very dated. Nice pool.

The staff was very friendly. The room and property were fairly clean. There were used pillow cases left on our bed and a safety pin and toothpick left on the dresser when we arrived. Comfortable but out dated. Definitely could use a renovation.

We had a nice stay - we only needed one night before visiting Williams college. The front desk staff upgraded us to be closer to the clubhouse which probably seemed a nice thing to do but had he asked, we’d have preferred to be with less people around and in the quiet - we were exhausted. Property could really benefit from an onsite pizza spot or cafe so don’t have to get everything in town if a short time stay or late check in. Very unfortunately I developed food poisoning- possibly from the local Mexican restaurant but could have been from someplace earlier and was sick all night. The bed was so creaky it was hard not to disturb my daughter every time I had to get up to be sick. We felt bad running dishwasher for the small number of dishes we had but didn’t want the cleaning penalty. All in all given the circumstances very nice play to stay, clean and comfortable and sans our marathon trip and illness we’d have taken advantage of all it has to offer more.
