The facility looked updated and generally clean. Staff was professional. Included breakfast had nice amount of options. Only concern was with cleanliness of the linens. We found long dark hair on two towels and bed sheets.

I checked the beds and they were very clean. Housekeeping did a wonderful job under the conditions. The place had just so many things that made me feel like I paid high dollar for a way, way outdated room. It was so, so loud. Kid jumping off the bed and running the room all night long above us. I sent a message because that's what I was told to do. No response. I talked to the desk the next morning and she said, "oh you have to call." I was not impressed with breakfast. I seriously am not too picky but this experience was just unpleasant.

Rooms pretty sad. Large section of Wallpaper was peeling away from bathroom wall. bed sheets old and worn and well below what you expect from Hampton. Entry and breakfast area were updated but room awful.

Front desk was very unfriendly. There was times I was in the lobby the phone rang and rang and they were doing nothing and did not answer the phone. There appear to be homeless living in the old closed hotel next door.

Noisy hotel with thin walls

We stayed for 2 nights for parents weekend and did not sleep well either night. There was loud noise coming from above and despite calling the desk 2 times, it went on until 1:00 am. Sounded like kids jumping or dropping bowling balls, not sure, but it was very disruptive. Probably would not stay again due to the thin walls.
