I gave them a 4 star only bc the pool was super super small. Other than that everything else was great and we enjoyed it a lot and the staff was really nice. Especially Elli/Ella at the front desk.

I loved everything about our stay here. The staff and cleanliness far exceeded my expectations! Check-in was exceptional! (Very accommodating and hassle-free). Our room was top-tier (cute, spacious, clean, and comfortable). While the breakfast selections were plenty, my only suggestion would be that they offer more meat options. Maybe they should have turkey and pork sausage, considering some guests do not eat pork due to religion, health, or ethical concerns.

We stay here consistently as a family of 5 since the room set up is so great. This stay the front desk checked us in and automatically cancelled daily room turn downs. However when I asked to change this they were able to accommodate us. Really good breakfast too with eggs, sausage etc!

Our room 306 had a foul odor of cat urine the entire stay. My husband saw a small mouse twice in the room that scurried under the couch. The bathtub had a stopper that did not click to fill the bath. The pool was closed our entire 4 day stay due to maintenance that was not previously mentioned. There was random uncleaned surfaces throughout the room. This hotel isn’t that old to have these very poor conditions. I don’t know who owns it but the management did nothing to compensate or offer anything at the the time of checkout when we brought these issues up. Only an apology. I would not recommend staying here.
