Front door to our suite was broken. Hinges in frame were damaged. Had to have someone come tighten the hinges up so we can get in multiple devices electric in the room like USB chargers did not work. The phone to contact the front desk did not work. Had to ask him to come replace the showerhead because it was so badly plugged up with calcium. It wouldn’t work. Contacted the front desk to reset the circuit breaker for one of the electrical devices. It was never done. So what was good about this?

I liked the fitness center which I used around 7am, free breakfast was great. My family liked the bed and pillows but I didn’t care for the pillows. I like a flatter pillow. Overall I was very happy. I have stayed at this Hampton Inn at least four prior times.

The bathroom had not been cleaned prior to check-in. The staff continued to allow other hotel guess to run around in the hallways banging on doors and throwing ice at other patrons, even after being notified several times. There was no quiet time hours, allowing multiple other guess to run the hallways until after 3am
