Don't forget to bring along some favorite recipes, as the well-equipped kitchen has everything needed to whip up tasty meals after fun-filled days. During downtime, relax with a mug of hot cocoa and cuddle up next to the flickering fire as the snow falls outside. Come summer, the shared pool and hot tub will be the hub offering a break from the heat and a perfect place to lay out.

Sitting just a short walk from Main Street, this condo will be the ticket to experiencing everything Winter Park has to offer! For a bit of exploring, walk along Main Street and pop into the local shops and restaurants nearby. Come winter, the snow lovers of the group will be antsy to get on the slopes, so take the complimentary shuttle to Winter Park Resort and ski till you drop. There are runs for all skill levels, so don't worry about being a newbie here! When the warmer weather comes around, trailheads are scattered about the area with varying lengths and difficulty levels, so take your pick and breathe in the mountain air as you soak in the natural beauty. For a bit of fun for all ages, The Foundry Cinema & Bowl is less than a half-mile from your front door where everyone can bowl or snag a few snacks and watch a movie!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
