The master bedroom is adorned with vibrant walls that complement the custom furnishings, a flat-screen TV, and a fully renovated bathroom equipped with new vanities, countertops, and a shower enclosure. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and an additional full bathroom located in the hallway.
This unique and colorful two-bedroom condominium is conveniently situated near downtown and is just minutes away from Winter Park Resort, which can be accessed via the complimentary town shuttle. Located in the cul-de-sac between 10 to 11, this unit is only a short walk from the clubhouse and the free town shuttle stop.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
