With a long driveway set back in the woods, the cabin has a very private feel. Located in the small subdivision known as Liberty Woodlands, it's within walking distance to the Methow Valley Community Trail (MCT) along the river and suspension bridge or choose the best trails for you within a short drive. A new ski trail (Devin's Trail) within the Methow Valley Trail system makes the property a ski in, ski out cabin. 2 bedrooms (with luxury, queen American Leather Comfort Sleeper sofa) and 2 full baths, the home features an open floor plan with high ceilings and a large kitchen and island that is great for gatherings. Other features include a river-rock gas fireplace, knotty pine paneling, large wood windows, WiFi, home entertainment system and separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Community maintained and plowed flat roads make for easy access to the cabin, especially in winter. Close to Methow River and the Methow Valley Trail system that runs along it, this home is the perfect launching point for all the fun outdoor activities the area has to offer. The cabin is located 3 miles from the Mazama store and 11 miles to downtown Winthrop.

The host was very available, if needed. The cabin was great. The beds were very comfortable, which is not always the case when we stay away from home. The house was well stocked with quality paper goods and plenty of pots & pans and utensils. We were very impressed on how clean everything was!! It wasn’t their fault that the snow was lousy. Mother Nature helped with that. We’ll definitely be back and hopefully be able to enjoy the ski trails close to the house at that time. Thanks for sharing your great little house!!

The cabin is in a neighborhood of other vacation homes, most of which were vacant when we stayed there. It is quiet, lots of trees, no street noise. Very clean, well equipped, nice gas fireplace, good bathrooms and excellent kitchen. It was easy to make ourselves feel right at home.

We were in town to visit my dad, who lives in Twisp. We had a wonderful time visiting at the cabin and playing games. The house was nicely kept and we found everything we needed! Really comfortable cabin for two couples. The A/C in the bedrooms worked well, but noisy. The living area got pretty warm when it was 100 degrees outside. Nice deck for sitting outside.

Lovely cabin in a wooded neighborhood. It felt very private with plenty of space between homes. We enjoyed sitting outside in the back and on the front porch. It was our home base for visiting North Cascades NP. It’s near a town with groceries and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils/pans. We found everything we needed.

We have stayed here a few times. This is the first time in the Spring. Community is very quiet and hiking trails were empty. We enjoy the winter months and the energy of ski season. House is great and in great location.

Lovely winter stay

We had a lovely stay,and great to see the new methiw valley ski trail groomed. Would recommend an additional large pot,and a garlic press for the kitchen,and some kleenex for the house.
