We love staying here every summer! We enjoy the fun pool with basketball hoops and a hot tub and the knotty pine vaulted ceilings and plenty of unique tables in the lobby/dining area and the discounted Noah’s Ark tickets.

Great staff

The beds were very comfortable. Room could use updating as far as electrical outlets. Fridge only had one shelf, and we had multiple items that needed to be cold. There were three of us in the room, and only one drinking cup, more would have been better. I also had to go to the desk to ask for hand soap for the sink. The breakfast area is too congested and unorganized. The staff at the desk were amazing and so helpful.

Nice hotel. Pool area was a large room with vaulted ceilings. One regular pool, one really nice area for kids and one hot tub. The exercise room is really small. Four cardio machines and a few free weights. Breakfast was great. EXTRA FEES - Expedia said the hotel would charge me $22 for one night for resort fee. The hotel charged me $37 for one night.

Room was not very comfortable. Not enough lighting and humid. Only one chair in the room. Front desk charged my cedit card in error multiple times. They said they credited it back but I still have no proof from my bank.

The location was good and the room was updated. The pool area was nice and the hot tub was very warm. The only concern was upon checking in, being asked to attend a "presentation" at another resort to look at their new condos. Seemed very inappropriate as if I had wanted to stay at the other resort I would have. Also, I thought that waterpark tickets were included with a 2+ night stay and nobody said anything to us about those when we checked in or anytime during our stay. We had already purchased tickets to a waterpark online and then saw this on a card in the room. If this is a perk for staying there, it should be shared with guests upon check-in.
