Our hotel room was very nice, the front desk staff were very friendly, the housekeeping staff not as much i asked to have our room vacuumed since i have small children and she wanted to hand me the vacuum so i could do it myself . The pool is beautiful but was super cold to the touch and the hot tub heater did not work, so that was a big downside we were excited about the pool but we didn’t go once since it was freezing. The breakfast was ok

Hidden fees, staff was kinda rude upon arrival well only one person was rude every one else was very nice and accommodating, breakfast wasnt great but my overall experience was average it wasn't terrible rooms were clean for the most part all and all i would book again

Everything was wonderful! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, loved the pillows! Hot tub was clean and hot, pools were clean and warm and there were plenty of towels. Everyone in the staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast had plenty of options and it was good. They even have good coffee!
