Not a bad place to stay but I’d only recommend as a cheap budget option, anything outside of that is a no go. Also after checking in and paying my deposit ($100) I got another $230 charge in the middle of the night randomly and they claimed it was a network error on their end I def didn’t like that. So if you’re in a budget and don’t care where u stay and it’s cheap go for it anything else I couldn’t recommend

Good service, overall decent place

Stayed there for five nights. During my stay, the service was excellent: Daily housekeeping, good breakfast, and provided plenty of towels and washcloths. Bed was comfortable. The only issues I saw were the soap bars were quite small, and they don't recycle. Among the cheaper options in the area, so it's a solid choice for Wisconsin Dells visitors looking to save money on lodging.

The lady that took care of us was still training so she had to get her notes, but she was so nice and she helped us out so much. I previously booked with another hotel that I would never stay in , I got caught in the rain and construction was bad so I was really exhausted. I'm sorry I don't know her name but she was a sweet pea. I also saw the Manager ( or the owners) assisting with the rooms and that was impressive! I will be back in June! Thank you so much! Mrz. Worth The Money Spent

The room was big and clean. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The breakfast had plenty of options. And the hotel staff were very nice. The only downfall was the pull-out couch was very uncomfortable, so my daughters back hurt from sleeping on springs and rods.
