Elevator Broken, Smelly Sheets, No Housekeeping –

The elevator was broken, yet we were assigned a room on the 5th floor without any prior notice. If we had known in advance, especially for anyone with special conditions (e.g., pregnancy), we would have booked another hotel. When we raised concerns, the staff simply said they didn’t know when it would be fixed, and it remained out of service for the two days of our stay. Their solution was to move us to the 4th floor and offer $50 off (as we insisted for compensation), which was far from adequate compensation for the inconvenience. The problems didn’t stop there. The internet speed was extremely poor, housekeeping never cleaned the room during our stay, and the sheets and pillows had an unpleasant smell. The hotel also lacks a proper lobby area to sit and relax. Overall, the service and facilities were highly disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Place is amazing, staff was super helpful and friendly. Elevator wasnt working but we were only one floor up so it doesn't bother us much. Would definitely recommend and return.

It was on the waterfront..that is why we booked here.Otherwise it was barely an average stay and unaccomodating. We got there early because we were in pain and tired from day at the wildlife park. Desk did not care or even try to put us in a room on main level.They made us wait til 4pm. The elevator was broken and we are elderly..we had to go up several flights on stairs w our luggage. The sink had no stopper and had lukewarm water. When we took our showers the soap n shampoo dispenser were both empty! Then we paid extra for balcony overlooking water and they had put up a sign not to go on balcony or open the door because of bugs. SOOOOO dissappointed. Really I believe we should've been reimbursed..we will never return to this place. We went to cafe and everything we tried to order they did not have...ugh

The Boathouse restaurant on property was fantastic. Rooms were on the smaller side but they were nice. Our view of the river was stunning. Great location and easy parking. The free amenities to other properties was a big plus. Would stay here again.

This is NOT a Boutique Hotel. We arrived at our room with windows covered in spiderwebs and bird feathers. Room was clean but furniture was mismatched. No walk-in shower. Extremely small vanity. Not enough electric outlets. This is an old hotel with a new coat of paint. Pigeon nest with baby birds on our patio slider door was not acceptable. Food service was good at the outdoor. patio. Not enough handicap parking. The beautiful views were hindered greatly bc of dirty windows inside and at end of hallway.

Great location and VUE

Love this place! Front desk woman was abrupt about the hotel policies upon check in! Make sure your waivers are signed BEFORE check in! Rooms could use a full-size mirror and more outlets would be handy! Love the location and will be our go to this December!

The pool and hot tub were nice. The elevator was broken our whole stay. Carrying luggage up two flights of stairs with no hotel help is bad business. Internet kept going out making me working from the hotel impossible. Soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers were broken in shower.

We had a balcony view room overlooking the river and it was excellent! Room was clean, beds very comfortable. The bathroom was small but clean. The elevator wasn’t working. The vending machine we used wasn’t working. Overall for the money we would go back again! The problems were annoying but small.

Everything was very good, clean and tidy. We loved the bar and the food was delicious. The view of the river is relaxing and they also offered us a lot for our money. The only complaint would be that the bathroom was too small
