We loved the passes that came with our stay there, the other resort amenities, water features. The hotel itself was great, but the 2 bedroom queen room is out dated and not well laid out.

We stayed 3 nights. asked two different times for toilet paper and were told it would be delivered to our room. both times had to go to front desk for paper. We got caught in a downpour on the riverwalk. Stopped at front desk for towels. They would only give us pool towels.?

Front desk staff slow and didn't go out of their way to be friendly or accommodating. Other housekeeping staff and restaurant staff were friendly. Room was okay but bed was hard as a rock. Window looking to the water from room were filthy. All of the windows we saw at the hotel were dirty. It's too bad as the location is great.

Do not go here

The hotel had bugs, especially a lot of spiders. The room looks like whoever before us had literally had a UFC fight in it- there were so many “handyman repairs.” On this app it stated there were two queen beds when in fact they were full size beds.
