The staff were not friendly and seemed irritated when I asked a question about my bill. The room was crowded. I could barely fit in the bathroom and to use the toilet, I had to stand by the shower to close the door to sit down.

Room was small and basic, BUT perfectly clean, abundant hot water (no tub), warm (our stay was in December), friendly helpful staff, AND overnight snow was cleared from parking lot and access road in time for our 6AM departure. In other words, no frills but everything we needed.

Staff was great. Breakfast was precooked bagel and English muffin egg, meat, cheese sandwiches, croissants, yogurt, fruit, a couple more items, and juices. 24 hour coffee & hot choc machine was really nice. Rooms are okay. Bathroom and dressing area very small. Beds comfy, triple sheet but no blanket was odd. Our problem was the couple next door physically fighting for hours day into late night, and having to call the office night one then the police night two. Two lost nights of sleep after traveling from MX to NY was frustrating being over 70.
