My friends and I were coming from 4 hours away for an event at the nearby stadium. I had called previously to inquire about an early check-in and it was indicated to call the day of. Okay. However, when we arrived, there weren't any rooms ready and the woman at the front desk actually asked if we would like to check-in AFTER the event. Absolutely not. We waited... and waited. Our room was finally ready by 330. The staff should have been more prepared for the amount of turnover and anticipated the busy nature of the day.

Hotel was great. New , updates and clean. Rooms were big and had a great walk-in closet. Beds were comfortable! Breakfast was great in the morning. Something for everyone! Check in was a bit long. Said 3 but our rooms weren’t ready til 4:30 but they happy gave us money off! over all great hotel we would stay again!

It was super fun we came to celebrate My girlfriend’s birthday and they allowed us to decorate and the staff in the front desk were super friendly their was this one dark skin folk he was very communicative overall it was very good
