Cleanness is well below average. Carpet is very dirty, dump issues and leakage from upstairs. Lots of marks around ceiling. Bathroom shampoo/ conditioner bottles are fixed on the wall, therefore not able to get cleaned efficiently. Blackened around bottle. Room 1 is designed for family to stay, but my little one found difficulty to reach the hand wash liquid. Garden view is pleasant, breakfast staff are friendly. Need a deep clean.

Very clean, warm and accommodating. Reception staff extremely helpful and obliging. Breakfast was included and offered many options, which served all our needs. The restaurant accommodated our dietary needs (though if would have been nice to not have to wait - perhaps a sign saying non-dairy and vegan options were available on request would help). Our mattress seemed quite old and lumpy, but other than that, the stay was excellent.

Absolutely Stunning Hotel

Excellent Hotel - we were there as we were attending a family funeral - to say we are a bit alternative as a family is probably an understatement however particularly the gentleman who manned the front desk took this in his stride - we were treated like VIP's and will definitely return to this idyllic hotel. Ideal location

Rooms very spacious and comfortable. The communal areas especially the restaurant were not very warm. Very limited space for guests to enjoy a drink in the evening. There is a bar area outside of the restaurant but it was not staffed. Staff were very efficient and friendly.

There was one male that helped us switch rooms due to being on the ground floor with a little one whilst a wedding was taking place- he was great and very accommodating. Overall lovely looking hotel. Unfortunately service lacked… breakfast in the morning they ran out of butter at 9am for toast and the chef had to cut some. Evening meal… staff again very friendly but unfortunately did not have any knowledge regarding menus or drinks available (not their fault) reception staff - again can’t complain about their service but not a great look when everytime you go to reception there’s a glass patio door and they were outside having a vape or cigarette and only came in when required. This is directly next to the reception area and very visible infront of guests; we felt we were being an inconvenience.

A really comfortable and friendly hotel. The staff were delightful and nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable rooms and great breakfast.So much nicer than the big chain hotels.
