Breakfast was horrible and they couldn't get more waffle batter at 8am. Coffee maker in room did not work, appeared to be missing parts. When front desk was notified, they said there was coffee downstairs. No towels in pool area, indoor pool was freezing cold maybe 60° or less. The hotel was clean, the staff was outstanding.
