My only issue is the cleaning

It was dirty the bed, floor, sink and bathroom shower full of hair and furniture with a lot dusty. The hotel is good but a clean room is the most important for me

All the things that are important to me were there: clean, comfortable bed & shower, quiet (got some good sleep), all employees were friendly & helpful. The included breakfast was surprisingly good with several choices available. Location was good, near the freeway. I intend to stay here every time I come to Selah (Yakima).

I entered the room. Lights were on. Went to the bathroom. Urine was all over the toilet seat. I called the front desk they say they can’t do anything and they will issue a refund. I left the hotel and got refund but it was 9:20pm and I paid double the price to find a room for me and my son

The property is very nice. The lobby was very clean, the rooms look great. We have a service dog and have had to change rooms a few times because we have been placed into pet rooms that smell horrible where you know dogs have peed or it is loud from barking dogs. This place was quiet, looked great and smelled clean. The dog relief area is very clean and safely secure. It is a little small and I would prefer not to walk on Astroturf everywhere since I don’t know what I am walking on, but it looked very clean, safe and easy to access. Thank you

Modest area, but great comfort/value

I just needed an overnight stay. Neighborhood is simplistic, but room quality was very good, esp. for the $$. Easy drive to downtown dining. Very pleased.

Arrived late and exhausted but we were greeted by the most pleasant front desk lady. We were only staying as a stop off on our road trip so we didn’t use the amenities or explore around the hotel. The hotel was great though- super clean both the rooms and the lobby area. Rooms are well equipped with everything you need and very comfortable. Can’t go wrong with this hotel, it checked all the boxes for me.
