We had such a great experience here. The staff at the front desk Paul and Valicia were the best ! They went out of their way to help us out when we had an issue. The cabins were great, clean and comfortable. Very convenient location. Old faithful geyser is in walking distance. We had dinner at the Obsidian and the braised bison short ribs and the steak were cooked perfectly. Our waiters were also very friendly. All in all, we had such a great experience there that we already want to go back.

Bare bones. That building in the thumbnail is not the hotel, there’s small cabins that you stay in behind the pictured building. No AC which is fine because it gets cold at night, but that means you hear all the inconsiderate people making noise outside. WiFi barely worked.

The hotel has AC, the rooms don’t. Tiny windows, no ventilation, no ability to plug fan near the window, no extension cords, few outlets in room. No bathroom fan, only heat. Horrible for summer stay! Very expensive for what it is. Monopoly on location and poor quality guest experience. Food ok, not great. Few options and pricey for what you get.
