Great for a fly by night.

We were driving to Michigan and stopped here on the fly, late night, for sleep. I am always working towards supporting more small businesses and fewer corporations these days. This place was friendly, the room was clean, the gas next door was cheap, and I would stay there again.

This was just what I needed. A place to sleep and shower. It was simple and clean. I grew up in the area and knew it was reparable. I didn't pay for things I didn't need. Spa, Weight room, pool etc. I will stay here in the future. I was given a welcome goodie bag that did come in handy. Although I didn't need to use them there are restaurants and store very close.

Somewhat disappointed

The room had a very bad odor. I bought and used a spray to try and help but it didnt. I didnt think the shower floor was completely clean. Diffently run down.

It’s a fine place to sleep and shower

A classic roadside motel. It’s a place to sleep for a night, nothing more, nothing less. The nonsmoking room smelled faintly of cigarette smoke, and the sheets could’ve been cleaner. It was tolerable since I just needed a bed and a shower on my road trip. If you don’t expect too much, it’s a fine place to stay.

Horrid Dirty Dilapidated DO NOT STAY HERE

I rely on these reviews to screen out bad properties. I don't know who could ever give this place an excellent rating! Dirty, dilapidated, filthy AC vent, flat pillows, lousy bed, no hair dryer or shampoo. Just disgusting, and I don't say that lightly. Also, I was charged for a double room and got a single, and, the room was supposed to be non-smoking but it was obvious that it had been smoked in. Ugh. Don't go here - pay an extra few bucks and save a sleepless, creepy night.

This is a great little motel and I almost hate to review it because I don't want other people finding it LOL. I stayed in one of the newly remodeled rooms and it was lovely. The place is quiet the staff is very helpful and friendly and the facility is clean and comfortable.

Reminded me of a scene from a horror movie. Parking in the alley, less then adequate. Only window in the room has a air conditioning unit in it. Heating, in wall space heater. Beds hard as a rock, pillows flat. If you like the 70's you wont mind. I was scared of the location.

We were looking for a place to sleep and shower. This place fit the bill. I've spent much more money for much worse places. This was a bargain. If you are looking for amenities and luxury, go spend 2 or 3 times more somewhere else and be happy. This place is genuinely warm and welcoming. And was perfect for what we needed.

It was a very nice room. Was told it was one of the newer rooms. No complaints but suggestions: thicker/more pillows and maybe a grab bar in the shower for older folks to hold onto if needed. And hubby suggests taller toilets. Lol. Would definitely recommend and will probably return next year when we go back to Canfield Fair.
