When we arrived we were informed that the two bedroom we booked had a broken pipe and was flooded. We were a little upset, but The manager put us in two one bedroom king suites, decreased the price and comped the 2nd room for us, so we were very satisfied. They were very nice and accommodating given the unfortunate circumstances.

The entire room was clean and efficient. It felt like an apartment. Breakfast at the inn was excellent! Love the variety. Also loved that coffee was available 24 hours a day. The staff were polite and ready to serve. I recommend Residence Inn highly.

The room was very dirty. The bathtub was dirty, peeling along the side of the tub, and had two spiders. The curtains were torn at the bottom. The noise of someone walking above kept me up late at night. Not a good experience.

The actual rooms were fine, (as a group we had 3). All were about what I'd expected. But the lobby and halls desperately need to be updated and re- carpeted etc. The lighting is bad and walking down the hallway to my room, I almost looked for another hotel. The room itself was large with a slight damp smell / feeling, (likely from the AC in July) but not enough to really bother me. My son mentioned that his room also felt damp. That said - it's a great location - tons of shopping and restaurants - easy access to 680.
