Stayed here on a trip to Mexico with some friends. Booked through a third-party and was not informed about a pet fee of $25. Git in serious trouble for that so be mindful when booking through a third-party. The pool was very cold and the Jacuzzi was cold. The breakfast was fairly good.

To stink!

My stay was good... but i called the hotel directly this evening for another trip. They gave me their"last room", took my credit card info to hold it, and said it was nonrefundable. Forty five minutes later, and 2 minutes from the hotel, they called to tell me they didn't have any rooms left. Really??? I'm tired from a 3.5 hour drive, and now i have to find a new hotel at 9:30 pm? They better not charge me for this in addition to overbooking their hotel.
