Superior service. We were very catered to and every request was met with a smile and an eagerness to fulfill. The hotel could not have been in a more convenient proximity to the train station. Although we were there for less than 24hrs, it made such an impression that we are yearning to go back.

Lovely visiting the Christmas Markets in Zürich.

We had a very nice stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we asked advice etc. We used the hotel bar most nights of our stay and also had a lovely meal in the restaurant. The location was perfect for the railway station and a short walk into the main town areas.

Trip up the mountain to Utielberg from hotel a mus

Beautiful hotel on the corner of The Bahnhof strasse, opposite the railway station. Very central. Amazing staff, especially in the cafe, we were greeted every time, by an amazing lady who remembered our breakfast order and room number. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel is older and very crowded, a lot of tour groups stay here. The train can be heard at all hours, it is not a quiet place to stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating, however it is noisy.
