"The front desk staff was helpful. The room was dirty: sheets were never changed/ a lot of hairs, towels were very dirty/ stains, floor wasn’t vacuumed, shower was dirty as well and no body wash whatsoever! Overall experience was terrible!"

"Checking in was horrible ! Got to our room and the room was dirty. Bed wasn’t made , clothes from previous guess laying on the floor , bugs in the sheets! Breakfast was horrible!
