"We stayed at this hotel because we love staying at the MCM Elegante in Ruidoso, NM, mainly because of their customer service and best breakfast ever. This was not even close to the customer service. 1st of all how does the bar close at 10pm?? And then you can't sit on the lobby chairs or couches ..."
