Had a recent 2-day stay; enjoyed the great breakfast each day as well as a friendly staff; but maintenance could be better - ice machine did not work on our floor, and the mattress was old and saggy in the middle (should have been replaced a long time ago)

Great hotel

Clean rooms and comfy bed. The breakfast was fantastic. It was close to the civic center, so we could walk to the event we were there for, and lots of food options.

When we were checking in a staff noticed I had a boot I’m about to have surgery was the sweetest little girl and went and got me a wheelchair amazing hotel will definitely stay there again

The toilets are too low and the bathrooms need a remodel with the showers not draining appropriately. Also the ice machines wre broken on majority of the floors I was told the owner was waiting on a part but only 1 floor had an active ice machine. It was way too many people there for that to happen.

Never again.

Room smelled funny. AC didn’t work well. Rooms were very outdated. Toilet barely worked. Once you flushed, your old toilet paper and bodily waste would come back up. In a terrible location. Have stayed at other MCM properties and this one was by far the worst. Should have stayed elsewhere.
