We’ve stayed at Elegante before but this is the first time we brought our dogs with us. I like how spacious the suites are and we (dogs included) had a great time.

One positive our evening check in person was nice. Now for the reality. The bed had stains on it, stains on the walls, shower and bathroom were dirty. Went to breakfast during specified hours and the waffle and omelet bar was closed. I was yelled at for not having our breakfast tickets when no one else was asked for theirs that came in with us or after us. She was so loud that everyone in the room stopped eating to watch. When we checked out we were not asked about our stay at all.

Shower flow rate was extremely high and water quickly flooded the tub. TV response was slow and remote keys did not all work. I notified the front desk of these issues.

Staff was beyond amazing, great customer service, kind and showed their passion of customer care. Will definitely be coming back. Had forgotten to print something at home and the front desk was able to print it even before I got back to the desk.

I stayed for two nights. The room has old furniture, the TV doesn't have any apps to connect, the bathroom was spotty, water was coming out of some parts of the floor , and there was an extension cords in the room, which I consider dangerous (see pics). The fountain in the atrium was off the entire time. The rooms are very clean but need remodeling.

It was eehhh!

Very spacious but needs to be updated. Coffee pot wasn’t working when I called front desk no answer. Called guest service an no answer. Had to walk down stairs in pj’. I would try serving maybe brunch verses breakfast cause nobody wants to get up early on their vacation. Never got to enjoy breakdast
