During my recent stay at the MCM Elegante Hotel, I encountered a series of issues that made for an unpleasant experience. The primary concern was the severe plumbing problems in both of our rooms, which significantly impacted our comfort.
In room 325, the bathtub was clogged, causing us to shower while standing in dirty water. Despite reporting this issue, maintenance claimed they had fixed it, but the problem persisted throughout our stay. To make matters worse, every time we used the shower in room 325, the bathtub in room 327 would back up with water, creating an unsanitary and frustrating situation for our companions in the adjacent room.
Room 327 faced its own challenges, as no one from maintenance ever came to address the clogged bathtub and toilet, despite multiple requests for assistance. This lack of response left us feeling neglected and dissatisfied with the hotel’s service.
When we approached the front desk manager for help, we were disappointed to hear that he could not do anything to resolve the issues. This lack of accountability and willingness to assist guests only added to our frustration.
Overall, the combination of unresolved plumbing problems and inadequate customer service made our stay at the MCM Elegante Hotel far from enjoyable. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and implements necessary improvements to prevent future guests from experiencing similar issues. Until then, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my recent experience.
