ELEGANTE IS Awesome

NICE PLACE FOR THE PRICE! LOCATION WAS PERFECT FORNOUR EVENT! WONDERFUL STAFF! BEDDING FOR king bed in suite was wonderful.. Hideabed mattress lacking.. and had to ask for extra pillows ,blankets, towels.for 3 adults in a suite.. Hideabed mattess needs to be better..quality.. just like the bed in bedtoom and bedding. 1 smoke alarm completely missing.. Wonderful Omelets made fresh to order. FOOD BUFFET WAS VERY GOOD! AND INCLUDED IN PRICE OF ROOM DEFINITELY A PLUS! I WILL BE staying there again for future events.. very excited to see one is also in Colorado Springs.. Just need a few more updates.. and it will be a solid 4 star..

Airport shuttle to a very quite night's sleep is exactly what I needed. The breakfast was stellar. Absolutely delightful stay. You hire the best of staff. Both check-in and check-out staff members were excellent. Texas style hospitality was very much appreciated. Both airport shuttle drivers took excellent care of me in all ways. I'll be back if I ever get another business trip to Lubbock.

Excellent customer service. The staff is extremely responsive, polite and accomodating. They go out of their way to ensure quality seevices. They offer an excellent breakfast menu and buffet with an optional made to order eggs and omelet station.

It was cold. The heater was on all day and all night in the room and only got to 67 degrees. I ate at the restaurant and got very ill. I spent the rest of the 1st night of my planned stay of 3 days vomiting. I ended up having to cancel the rest of my trip, so I could return home due to being sick
