We didn’t want the full breakfast bar so we orders from the menu. They were either out of, or forgot, half our order, never brought napkins or silverware as requested, then could not do room charge. The buffet might have been good but otherwise would suggest going elsewhere for breakfast.

Breakfast was at sister hotel across the road and no kettle or ability to get coffee first thing without going for breakfast. Breakfast was as expected and fairly good. I was left waiting at the pick up point for the shuttle for 40 minutes at 11:30 pm - walking to the hotel would’ve taken 20. I felt ...
