Stratus Suites - Boutique Hotel
The pool was dirty, with scum and dirt. The cushions and chais was tipped over and scattered around like there was a hurricane. We had to fix the door handle because it was falling off. The website described a very nice breakfast but it was just cereal and waffles.

Staff was very rude. They had a school competition that filled the hotel the day before and were super snarky when we asked if it was possible to get checked in an hour early. The front desk staff said, “ Did you see all the buses earlier, what do you think”? When we came back two hours later they ...
