"The front desk staff wasn’t helpful or accommodating. Poor customer service and breakfast wasn’t as appealing. We stayed on the first level and the house keeping and maintenance was super helpful and great customer service. Any issues in regards to our room they tried to resolve them."

"Property described as not smoking place this place has marijuana smiles, others kind of smoking, alcohol, and broken items inside the room. My wife got hurt a couple few times the clothes dresser bottom drawer can’t close. I tried to be very nice to front desk personnel, and ask for cancellation ..."
