Overall hotel was clean and staff were friendly and accommodating. The beds however were very uncomfortable, too firm and pillows did not provide any neck support. Would stay there again with different beds!

Spacious and clean room, all in working order. Pleasant and well stocked breakfast area. Pleasant staff. One negative point - our ground level room opened directly to the outside rather than to an interior hallway as seemed to be the case for other floors.
