This is a lovely, well appointed hotel with friendly staff. Our only complaint is a significant one though. The room walls and ceiling are not soundproofed so we could hear everything in our neighbour’s room. Whispering, peeing, everything. Car noise was also very loud. Even with earplugs, sleeping was difficult to impossible.

Welcoming staff, great rooms at a great price, different tiers of rooms (the “deluxe” ones have indoor/hallway entrances while the regular ones have outdoor entrances). I have stayed twice in a regular room and it has been quiet, warm, comfy bed, and great filtered water tap in the rooms. They have a lovely breakfast room/bar, and they have almond milk as a breakfast option with granola for vegans such as myself. (No vegan food options on the evening menu however).

Thomas was amazing/excellent and a prized member of your team, he was a pleasure to deal with on both nights I stayed with you he should be rewarded for his AMAZINGNESS!!!! He even attempted to defuse the situation after I was unfortunately woken up by another concerned member of your staff at 5:30am because they were concerned about a low temperature alarm going off in my room. Sadly I had turned the temperature down intentionally because I like to sleep in a cool room, I wish the staff member had waited till a more appropriate time to call. I can appreciate Wholey your concern for frozen pipes but another hour or two would have been appreciated!! I did not get to experience the breakfast because my day started before 6:30.

Room was spotless Staff was beyond friendly. The only two things which were not major issues werecthe water in thevtud drained very very slow so while showering you were in well above ankle water Was surprised therecwas no pen or paper in the room Had to go out to the front desk and ask to borrow one.
