Pre-paid reservation. When we pulled up for check-in, the hotel was closed and clearly under construction. Upon checking into another hotel, we learned that water pipes had burst during the recent storm. Neither hotel itself or Hotels.com are helpful with the matter; both pointing at the other.

Everything is in good condition, there were a few areas of our room that were not 100% clean, stains on arms of chair, marks on wall, dirty fingerprint on wall switch.
