The Capitol Hotel
No towels in the room when we arrived. Rooms are loud and you can hear everything from people next door, upstairs or in the hall. The street traffic was weirdly load too (7th floor). Breakfast wasn't bad and the beds were good.

This place is awful. Took forever to check in, and once we finally got to the room (supposedly the nicest one they have), there were no towels (well, one wash cloth), a dried spot of blood on the floor, and the bed had been made backwards, with the blanket under the sheet.
