The elevator was broken. Had to take stairs from 4th floor for 2 days. Keurig coffee machine broken in room and they couldn’t replace it so they wanted us to change rooms for a working keurig. The room was not cleaned on second day. House keeping was absent. Front desk was not occupied. Horrible ...

The room was nice and clean. Everyone was nice. The hotel could use some updating though. The bathroom door and walls were peeling and room for breakfast was really small. We couldn’t even eat in there when it was crowded. But the rooms were decent.

I find it hard to believe that the rating that was online was as high as it is. Noise from upstairs woke me at 3:30 am. The sound was like someone was pounding on drums, which lasted at least 15 minutes.
