Unfortunately, the experience was unacceptable due to the poor cleanliness of my assigned room. Upon arrival, I found the room in a condition that did not meet basic hygiene standards. I immediately expressed my concern to the manager on duty, but no corrective action or alternative accommodation was offered. This lack of response left me with no choice but to endure conditions that were both uncomfortable and unsanitary.

We’re on 42nd floor by an elevator. It sounded like a train track all night. The second one that we had had issues with the heat action in both rooms but one room they didn’t work at all the last night no coffee pot you had to go outside to get coffee

Dirty, small rooms. Paid for premier, nothing premier about this standard room. Shower clogged after every use, had to call maintenance several times, shower lever broken so we couldn’t adjust the shower temperature.

The location was excellent and the room was spacious and clean. However, the new management had gotten rid of ALL amenities: No restaurant; No bar; No room service; No seats in the lobby; No minibar. Also, to get a coffee machine in the room, we had to request one. One was delivered the first night, but for the four other nights we were there, we had to call housekeeping for coffee refills every night. Also, the first 2 days we were there the elevators were not all working and we literally had to wait at least 10 minutes each time we went to get on the elevator. All this and we still had to pay a facilities fee! Don’t know who the management company is but we were told they had taken over several hotels in the area and were cutting back on everything!

We love staying her because it is centrally located and the staff is AWESOME! The elevators are janky and causes backups to getting to and from your room from time to time, but we us it as a fun time to get to know new people. All in all, it's a great price and location.
