I had to go to reception to change rooms. The first time the sheets were dirty, the second time the sink was cracked and the bathtub was completely clogged, and finally the third was acceptable.

This is my second stay two years in a row and my first choice always. It is the best stay and hospitality I've experienced. My family was very happy.

It was a nice view but the room was very out dated not very clean it was hot no vent in the bathroom. Shower was clogged not worth the money we spend for not a good room! Very disappointing

The place is literally a stones throw from Times Square. We stayed there just because of that and it was well worth it. It walking distance to 42st subway station from where you can get on any of the lines. Food / Shopping / Entertainment all around in a few minutes.
