Pillows were rolled like meatballs were not soft and fluffy, water damage stains on walls, sofa to sit was filthy with food on it so could not sit especially with kids.

So-so. Good for the price, I guess

The people were friendly, and responsive at the counter, and especially at the breakfast bar. But the hotel is older, there were no towel racks in the bathroom, the tub had chips on the outside edge, random blob of caulk on the floor, reading lights by bed didn't work, breakfast was so-so, ice machine was in a big room with a big drain in the floor and nothing else. Workout room had a nice weight machine. They did do room service, make up the bed, and replace towels.

So my family and I stayed for a weekend, & it was horrible overall. We got there a little before 2PM & didn’t get into a “clean room” until about 4PM.. We also called and they said we could arrive at 1:30 because they should have the rooms clean by then. We went out to the pool, I laid out on one of the chairs (So did my sister in law) & we both were covered in fiberglass. It was all over our arms and back. On top of the dirty rooms & fiberglass, on the day of check out, we had a knock on our door 2 hours before check out telling us we need to evacuate due to a carbon monoxide leak. I will whole heartedly say the ONLY positive about this stay was this woman that worked in the kitchen for breakfast. She was amazing!! Her service was AMAZING, she joked and laughed with my kids, she was so sweet and super accommodating. By far the best hotel staff I’ve ever experienced! Everything else was a horrible experience & I will not be staying here ever again.

The bathtub wasn’t very clean and the shower knob was broken. There was also a fire in the kitchen so the fire department had everyone evacuate the hotel. The pool was also dirty.

The bathroom was dirty, there was hair all over the tub. They didn’t give us enough towels and the shower didn’t work good. The tv also didn’t work good.

Room was clean for most part the floor was sticky in areas. Only had 1 bar of soap for sink and shower total. The soap issue was fixed with a stop to the front desk. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Clerk for checkout was outside smoking so we all had to wait. Holes in carpet patches on wall unpainted. Bathroom was nice. Side door wouldn’t open even with key card. Went to get ice Saturday night and ice room was locked and couldn’t find one on 2nd floor and 3rd floor was out of ice. Boo. Bed was very comfortable but lack of parking sucked. And on Saturday morning early someone tried to come in our door

Requested adjoining rooms. Tried to confirm days before arrival and was put on hold a long time. Arrived and they assigned us to different floors. Key cards consistently did not work every time we tried to use them. I heard the lobby worker taking the reservation on speaker phone. I could hear the customer's information. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!

Good stay for a family of four

Not bad but can use attention to details

Hotel can use updated, room was not that clean, specifully the bathroom, there was hair and dirty counter. The toilet did not flush to good and the air conditioning was not that good. It was also loud from street noise and noise in the hallways.
