You get what you pay for

Not very clean, service wasn’t great. Was only in town for a tournament. Went with the cheapest option so I can’t be surprised or upset. It is what it is.

I felt this hotel was a scam. Everything was fine up until I checked out and I get a call stating that they’re going to charge my credit card because I was smoking in the room little did they know I don’t smoke so I felt that they were trying to add an additional charge on my credit card. I’ve never seen or heard anything like this but they have the wrong person. I am not a smoker so there’s no way that they would have had smoke in my room.

It was like putting makeup on a pig. The paint seemed fresh, newer flooring in the main spaces, but that's where it ended. The walls were paper thin, terrible selection of TV channels, dirt behind the doors like they hadn't been closed to clean behind, soft spots in the floors, stains on the walls. And as icing on the cake, kicked out of the breakfast area at 9pm for "curfew" on a Saturday night. There with a group and there was literally zero other gathering spaces - some of the rooms didn't even have chairs at the desks in them.

No elevator but first floor does have a long wheelchair ramp to get to rooms on first floor which were down about 6 steps otherwise. Property is a bit run down but the mattress, bedding and pillows were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms need maintenance as the toilet leaked which made for a wet slippery floor until I dropped a towel near the leak to keep the floor dry.

Poorly maintained

There was no elevator, bathroom fixtures were very rusty, bedsheets seemed clean, but the blanket laid over the top had brown rubbed on it (looked like makeup). Overall, just didn’t seem well maintained.
