They never clean all the rooms but comes with spider webs and bed bugs. And the kids saw the condom out here in the pool on the curb. I have photos to prove it. It was terrible for my daughter’s birthday. I would like to refund in completely thank you

Cheap price is the only good thing about the property. Electric charger for cars didn’t work. Girl at front had no clue about them. The shower didn’t drain. Got 1 towel and 1 floor towel for in front of shower. Got the king size bed with 3 total pillows. Overall not happy with my stay.

I never received housekeeping or clean towels and wash cloths after I asked multiple times throughout the day. I kept getting excuses from the front desk. I was there for 4 days.

When I arrived, the front desk clerk was difficult to understand. She was not friendly. I had a bug in my bed. I promptly packed up and went to the front desk. I stood at the front desk for ten minutes waiting for someone to help me. No one came, even though there were staff in the bar. I called the hotel, was put on hold for 15 minutes. No one answered. One of the staff was pushing a baby in a laundry cart. Radisson is awful!

Review

It was overall dingy. There was a nasty smell in the lobby and elevators. The halls in the main areas were visibly needing to be vacuumed. There was all kinds of visible crumbs, trash, and nastiness in these common areas. My room appears to be somewhat clean upon initial arrival, when I pulled back the blankets there were stained sheets and small crumbs on the bed. The thermostat did not work. It was overall not a good experience. I paid for two nights and ended up staying at a different hotel for night number two. I will never be back.

this hotel is states there is a pool and breakfast included, pool was closed for some reason and there was no breakfast. The staff at check-in and out were nice and polite, however the entire place was shocking filthy, the grounds surrounding and the inside also. I checked for bugs the second I got to our room and there was no sign of them, thankfully
