I always stay at this hotel and I am NEVER disappointed. Everything is New, Clean, Modern. Everyone is friendly. Breakfast buffet is not huge but they have a big variety and always fully stocked. Coffee always in the lobby. Convenient location, close to shopping and restaurants. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Older hotel that reminds me of the past but well maintained. Parking with accessibility through a side door rather when you have small dog was excellent. Nice thick walls so room is very quiet. Would not hesitate to stay agin. Well done!

The room was in great condition I enjoyed seeing my name on the television screen we wanted to stay an extra night but the power went off. My husband has health issues and we were on the third floor and we had to carry all our luggage down three flights without the assistance from staff

Hampton Inn On Western Avenue in Albany, NY

The Hampton Inn on Western avenue is the hotel where I always stay when I am in Albany, NY area. It’s super convenient to SUNY and everything else that’s going on in the City. The staff is always welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean and very comfortable. In the morning there is a breakfast buffet that is always well stocked and delicious. What’s not to love? I have to give one more shout out to the staff, because they ALWAYS go the extra mile to make sure my stay is as pleasant as it can possibly be.

Front desk staff was really rude when I checked in. My mini fridge was turned off, so my food spoiled. The hotel's policy about payment at check-in is different than what was listed on Expedia. Would never stay here again.
