Staff was awesome, friendly, warm, and helpful providing great customer service and hospitality. Good accommodations. Nice size dorm fridge and microwave in each room. The hotel needs a little refresh that comes with time. Fresh paint, a deep clean, and potentially refreshed carpet.

The room was clean & staff were cordial. It seemed like they were a bit short staffed, and the lifeguards at the water park weren’t always paying close attention. I did appreciate the activities for kids on the weekend. No continental breakfast was a bit of a bummer, but we knew ahead.

Our room was huge 😍 clean and inviting. The staff went above and beyond ! My son had an amazing time everyone in the pool area were so kind to him and we we've been back since and they remebered him and were amazing to him the whole time we were there 10 out of 10 will be doing this annually

There were pipes leaking sewage onto the foolr under the sink READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING!!! The entire hotel was empty and this woman give us a room down a literal maze of hallways with a ancient dirty air filter in the top of a hallway trash can where it stayed all night. I thought after reading the reviews ah just give it a try walked into a pretty nice entry from there every recent review i read made more and more sense.

1. The microwave in our room did not work. The staff at the waterpark was not friendly at all, life gaurds were not watching the swimmers. Water had to much chlorine and kids vroke our in a rash. We reported it to the waterpark staff and they said it was just our sensative skin.
