Breakfast was simple, but was very good. No issues with parking. I had to switch rooms twice for the 3 nights that I stayed, first reason being for the air conditioning not working properly in one room and the second room not meeting the mark for cleanliness. Service was great, I worked with both Emily and Basir, I believe were their names, at the front desk and they were both very helpful in the situations of needing to switch rooms, no questions asked.

Parking was fine but getting in and out of the property was taking your life in your hands. It is on a hill, with 2 lanes of traffic omfor each direction. You can only get in 1 way and leave one way, by the highway. You cannot leave by making a left. Elliptical was broken. Refrigerator did not work, and after leaving it run for 24 hours, I realized it was not working and had to throw my expensive chicken piccata away. Bashir at check in was so slow I was late to dinner. The man who came in after me who was helped by Latetia was long gone by the time Bashir swiped my cc for the 3rd time. There are no non-dairy options for breakfast. There are no wipes in the gym. The front desk responds when I brought these things to their attention, but they are not proactive and the correction was too late to be convenient for me. I am not responsible for keeping their property updated.

The property and room were clean and decorated nicely. The breakfast was delicious. The front staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaints are the tv being glitchy often and my iron was broken (leaked water). I had planned on requesting a different one it slipped my mind. We only stayed one night. My son loved the whole stay so we would stay there again.
