I am wanting to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience my four colleagues and I had during our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, our visit was marred by multiple issues that made our stay extremely unpleasant. Upon arrival, the condition of our rooms was unacceptable. I personally had to switch rooms three times due to cleanliness concerns. The rooms were in poor condition, and during checkout, I witnessed another couple leaving early due to a roach infestation—further confirming the severity of the issues. I requested a manager to contact me regarding these concerns, but I have yet to receive any follow-up. In all my years of travel, I have never encountered such a distressing hotel experience, and I can confidently say we will not be returning. I would appreciate a prompt response from management to address this matter. We believe it is important for you to be aware of the conditions and take appropriate action to prevent future guests from enduring similar experiences.

Upon entering our room, my initial inspection always involves checking the bed for cleanliness and any signs of bed bugs. However, I was quite surprised to find multiple hairs when I lifted the blanket. Furthermore, upon examining the microwave, I was taken aback by its rusty condition, leading us to refrain from using it. This raised some concerns about hygiene. Additionally, I observed that the tissue dispenser in the bathroom was also rusty. Subsequently, I checked the bath towels for any unwelcome guests and, to my dismay, discovered a bug. I am uncertain whether the room was thoroughly cleaned before our arrival, but if it was, a more meticulous cleaning and sanitization are certainly needed. Overall, our experience with this hotel was less than satisfactory. I had chosen this hotel based on positive reviews regarding its cleanliness, but my experience did not align with those reviews. Even my daughters expressed discomfort about sleeping due to the hair we found and the unknown potential issues under the bed. I sincerely hope that the management will address these concerns promptly, particularly regarding the microwave.

My wife requested a at least a partial refund on the night we checked in. She saw blood on the sheets the first night. We got new sheets from the front desk. The front desk personnel were nice and helpful. The walls of the room were dirty, and we cleaned them with bleach wipes.

Beds were hard as a rock, could feel the springs in them. Bedding was terrible. Black mold in the bath tub. Layers of dust on the return ac vent. Housekeeping reeked of marijuana. Only good thing about it was the breakfast & the guy that worked in breakfast area was really nice.
