Very nice stay

The property is gorgeous, staff was friendly and attentive. We stopped off for the night in the middle of a road trip. The indoor pool is really big, if we brought the kids, they would have had a blast. If I have to complain, the bed wasn't superb, but it was good enough.

The staff was very kind and attentive. The lobby and conference hall are very pretty. The hotel is older so you can see that in the rooms as they are dated. There are also some minor cosmetic damages in the room I had, which aren't a deal breaker, but it is a reminder of the age and condition. The one thing that I did dislike is the distance you have to travel to reach an elevator. I had two very large bags and had to make a loooooong trek to the elevator and then a similar distance trek to the room! When I didn't have to haul luggage, I could get out of the hotel within 30 seconds using the stairs. I only mention this for others that travel heavily laden, that you should request a first floor room. Free parking was great.

Nice place with quiet rooms and comfy beds. Didn’t take advantage of the pool as we were in late and out early. Breakfast worked as well! The area outside around back was a bit run down but still was good!

All the staff was so kind and helpful! Just ao you are aware as of the weekend of july 11th the hot tub was not working but we improvised and got a room with a hot tub in it

I booked connected rooms for my kids and called twice the week before to confirm, but unfortunately, the rooms were not adjoining upon arrival. Thankfully, the manager was very kind and accommodating—he placed us between one of our rooms and a family member’s room and also offered a discount for the inconvenience. The hotel was fully booked and a bit noisy, especially with kids running up and down the hallways and using the elevators frequently. My room also overlooked the breakfast area, so the morning noise was noticeable. That said, the hotel itself is lovely, and the pool is beautiful. I’m sure if I visit again during a quieter time, I’ll be able to enjoy everything it has to offer.

This is the second time we stayed there and they have advertised for a hot tub there has not been a hot tub in 10 years and the pool was closed and they didn't open it up until like 9:00 the next day and we went there for my grandson's birthday which is friend for the pool in the pool wasn't open till tonight and then they didn't even keep it open any later .

Noisy if you had a room near pool on same floor as pool. If I stayed again would get balcony above pool. Also should not have a picture of hot tub in photo gallery since you say hot tub is permanently closed. False advertising
