Very noisy. I had just taken a 15 hour train ride and then a 4 hour car drive. The room was very noisy. People around me were very loud and a lot of door slamming. There were recent renovations made, but it’s more like covering up instead of fixing or repairing. Floors were dirty had not been swept besides being gritty there were food and cheese particles on the floor. I have a service animal. I am disabled, the bathtub was very high to get into. Not ADA compliant. I slipped once I stood into the tub. I am unhappy with my stay .

This stay was absolutely not as pictured and the reviews are misleading. This is a motel, your doors face outside, you don’t see this in pictures. Upon arrival we went to checked in, it was slow but ok. We got our room keys and headed to our room. When getting in our room we noticed the lights did not work and it was nothing like pictured. Just plain creepy. Our window covering was also completely up at the time so people could just stare right in the room all day before we arrived. We went back to the front to request a new room because the lights didn’t work. I stayed in the car while my husband went to the front desk. A man approached my car and was banging on my window asking for money. He was very loud and rude and you could tell this was not a safe area. While my husband was inside, they just told one of their male workers to go “check the room” to fix the lights. My husband came back outside and told the man asking for money to go away and then we drove back to our door. The lights were working, but they informed us one of the outlets wouldn’t work. Which there was not many in the first place. Once we got in the room we decided to slide the heavy chair in front of the door. We went to close the blinds and discovered they are completely see through. If you are far away outside yes, they block inside but if you go up to them you can see right in. And we had absolutely no darkening in the room. The ac made a sound like a door was opening and it was very noisy overall.

Works for one night

Works for a one night stop during a road trip, as the building is beside the interstate. There was lots of foot and regular traffic outside of our room, and we heard movement throughout the night.

Starting with the lady at the front desk scrambling to help people, to double charging me for a pet fee that they still haven’t reversed, dirty floors in rooms, lamps not plugged in, the atmosphere felt cold. The photos made it look way more inviting than it is. I’ve tried calling three times to resolve the pet fee issue and no one can help me

Horrible stay

This was by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. The pictures were nothing what it looks like. The rooms were completely disgusting and not cleaned at all. The bathroom had not been cleaned, there was water spots from the previous person whomstayed brkwn stains on the sink cabinet, the floor was sticky as soon as we walked in a grabbed a towel and water to clean it and the towel came up completely black( like never been mopped) there was tape holding the wall baseboards up from water damage spills all over the walls from other peoples drinks. Blood stained pillow cases, the pool was covered in sand. Syringes in the parking lot the neighbors were smoking drugs and it was coming in my room. No breakfast except bagel and cereal. It was completely awful. I wouldnt recommend not to mention loud. The front desk told me i wkukd have to talk to the manager for a refund 10 min after i got there i was ready to leave and wanted my money back. I have yet to hear from the manager. I want my money back!

The condition of the hotel and its location were not as advertised. The entrance to my room smelled of urine. The room itself was clea but smelled of disinfectant. However, the hostesses were friendly.
