We stayed in a junior suite which was a good size, with an ample bathroom (shower over bath). The staff and overall hotel experience were fantastic. When there was a small issue with the room, they were very accommodating - it was dealt with immediately. We are very grateful for our time there and will return when we are in Amsterdam. The only negative was our taxi ride from the hotel , which the hotel set up. The driver was very rude because he took us to the wrong dock ( Viking ) and then after he got us to the right dock, we gave him the fare plus extra tip, but he insisted he made 2 trips.

The staff were wonderful , beautiful clean rooms and bathrooms. very comfy bed . Lovely luxury toiletries in the bathroom . We were on the second floor at the front so it was a little noisy at times but a couple of glasses for the local brew solved that one . All round a fabulous stay

Lovely hotel - clean, lots of amenities in and out of the room. The breakfast on offer had something for everyone. Very tasty! The staff were friendly and helpful. My reason for 4 star rating - Why was the bed so high? I’m 5’4 - not that short-and it was a mission getting into bed each night. Maybe provide a little step in the room? Thanks for a great stay 😊

very small room, not even space for our luggages. Very dark even with all lights on. Small bed barely fits 2 people, and thin mattress seems to move sideways. Squeaky walking noise from upper floor. Not worth the price we paid for the property. Will not recommend to friends.
