Great location, good option for family

Great location, very close to the tram station and Dam square. Very good option for family. Please not that there is no air conditioning in the hotel, so it can be very hot even though there was a small table fan provided.

The room was sufficiently spacious and the hotel easy access to public transit and within walking distance of the main attractions. The only surprise was that I thought that breakfast was included in the room rate which was not the case.

This property was ok. Room was hot no AC, staff didn’t really care when they checked us in and they called a cab for us when we left that never came so we missed our flight. Not their fault but we relied on the staff to get the cab. Shower was tiny and flooded the bathroom. Way too expensive for what it was.

The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean with plenty of space for three travelers. We appreciated the free water refill station as well as the coffee and tea options. The location was close enough to walk everywhere but just far enough from the activities to have peace and quiet.

A very clean and affordable solution for a solo traveler. Single room and bathroom while a little dated (phone wasn’t working) was very comfortable and clean. Window opened for fresh air. The woman who checked me in and gave local orientation was excellent. I’d stay again.

Good location, decent hotel

We stayed here in order to explore Amsterdam prior to a bike/barge tour. We unexpectedly wound up there during Kings Day celebrations so the price was elevated and the hotel was crowded. It was a good location near town but unfortunately it was noisy, late into the night during Kings day. The rooms would not cool off (A/C was not great) but we were able to open the window and let some cool air in.
