Close to Disneyland & Starbucks & a family pizza restaurant. But it's definitely an older motel type place that had some upgrades done to the rooms. The staff was super friendly. It's just obvious that it is an older and more run-down hotel, with noisy neighbors on a loud busy road. But it's clean and cheap so there's that.

Not a 3 star hotel!

This hotel is renovated with new furnishings, but still has a Motel feel. Walls are super thin. You can hear EVERYTHING going on in the room next to you. If you have children and you don’t want them hearing adult language and behaviors, do not stay here. Does not feel safe at night. It says it is a 3 star hotel. It is NOT!! It is a Motel with your door 4 feet from the cars.

The check in is always quick and easy. The rooms are neat and clean. I just wish they had a “quiet time” like other hotels. The guests above us were noisy after 11:00pm.

We stayed there our first two days of out trip. The rooms are clean and big. The beds were nice and the AC worked great . It was close to disney but the kids were not feeling the 20ish minute walk . Id stay here again for sure.

Friendly staff and good value

The place was clean and the people were all very friendly and service oriented so they definitely made the stay worthwhile. With that said, it was definitely outdated and not too comfortable. The beds in particular were old and loud, as the springs were probably worn out. The place is also a bit noisy and next to a very run down place on one side and a liquor store on the other side. This was a last minute reservation for us and the price was very reasonable, but it is definitely more of a budget hotel. The address seemed to only be 4 blocks from Disneyland, but it was much longer walk than anticipated. They do offer free parking so it’s totally worth it but just don’t expect a quick walk.

It’s was good, the only thing is the water makes the room smell weird like sewer. You get used to it but if you step out and back it you smell it immediately. Besides that staff was great.
