Toilet wasn’t working, was told triple aaa could discount our parking which wasn’t true, was told the restaurant bar was open on the days we booked which it wasn’t, also was told it would be about a 15 min walk to the park and wasn’t so we had to drive and pay for more parking. It was a comfortable room but probably won’t stay in our next visit.

Check in and out was very easy. Staff were attentive and friendly. I can appreciate all the vintage Disney artwork on the walls. We booked a room with a bunk bed. I was surprised to see industrial floodlight type lights mounted on the wall where the bunk bed is. The lights were extremely bright and get hot to the touch if left on. That’s a safety hazard. The room itself was dusty with layers or dirt spread over the ac units. The bathroom was clean however the layout for the show and the toilet was not easy to use. The shower was built into a corner making it hard to enter and exit and the toilet was in between two narrow walls making it hard to move your arms to reach for toilet paper. Overall, I would consider staying here once again for a second chance but if these are consistent issues with other rooms, I would not come back.

If it hadn't been so noisy, with the room so close to a major freeway, it would've been a very nice stay. If I try it again I'll ask for a room on the other side of the hotel.

Nice clean property that is on the ART Bus line but also walking distance if needed which was so nice! Staff was always kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay but wish the rooms were slightly bigger, the headboard outlets worked, and that the beds were queen sized instead of full sized.
