You'll be about a half-block from the beach, and when you're not there soaking up the sunshine, it's always within sight from your deck. Stroll the seven miles of flour soft sand or head to Pine Avenue and take in the local art culture. Bean Point Beach is a great place to snap some photos, and Rod and Reel Pier and Restaurant is a short walk from your front door. There's room for three cars to park in the driveway, but you haven't truly experienced Anna Maria Island until you've used the free trolley to get around!

THINGS TO KNOW
Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
