Great location

I have beer coming to AMI for many years and love staying in the North end. This house is near everything we love about the area. Walking distance to the beach and short car ride or bike ride to AMI pier, Rod and Reel and all the great shops on Pine St. Pool area was great and my grandchildren spent most of their time out there. Also loved being g on the canal. Great getaway

READ THIS REVIEW

Ok folks, the place is perfect for traveling on a budget with a family of 5. Compartively speaking, this place is a great deal for the area and the size of the home. Our family of 5 was extremely comfortable and had plenty of room in this 3 bedroom house. Overall, the price accurately reflects the lack of maintenance of the property. I left a list at checkout that the following needs repair: Back screen door latch (you get locked out if it shuts behind you) Dishwasher leaks water Rollers on sliding door need grease (very hard to open/close) Master bath shower head NEXT - note in the master shower that the only knobs that REALLY matter are the middle two. One has red/white lines on it (this is for temp), the one on the right turns it on and off. If you are adventurous, feel free to have fun with the other knobs. For the Roku - when you power on the TV, it will have an error message. Hit the (home) button on the roku remote and it clears the error. Also note that if youre staying a whole week, youll need to purchase more toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. They provide a small amount of these items. Id definitely stay here again. Very good value, but some quirks!

Coconut Tree - so comfortable!

Our family of five and a plus one rented Coconut Tree for Thanksgiving Week. It was a perfect space for us. The house is really comfortable and very clean. The neighborhood is on a canal and super quiet. The amenities were great too - beautiful pool, laundry, private 1/2 bath, beach supplies, even a bike. And the management company, Vacasa, was super responsive to our requests. Note: master bath shower is complicated but quite cool. Thanks for a great week! Highly recommend!

Bad service

House didn’t have Wi-Fi for the first few days of a one week stay. I had to reach out to customer service, had spectrum come to the house and let them in. It took them over an hour to fix, and that took a lot of time out of our honeymoon, and I lost a couple days of work from not having Wi-Fi. I reached out to Vacasa many times, and none of the reps seemed to know what was going on, and they offered me a small refund which I never even got. I will not be booking with any house that is run by Vacasa again

Terrible Villa

Needs a deep clean it needs complete renovation. Basically one of the worse villas I have ever stayed at. Bed was not queen as advertised. Kitchen tap had to be replaced. No internet for 1 week. Drains need unblocking. Pool deck breaking up and absolutely filthy. Needs relaying and pressure washing. Disgrace for the money. Never again ruined holiday. This was a very special 50th wedding anniversary celebration delayed through cover totally ruined. Also could not get into villa until 4.25 as cleaner still working so sat on the drive.

Great Location!! Walk to beach!!

This is a wonderful vacation home. Check in and check out was easy and seamless. Open concept, very clean and airy. Home was as described and met our expectations. Fully stocked kitchen with all essential pots, pans ,dishes etc. The Lanai and pool were fantastic, very private with lounge chairs to relax. Vacasa was excellent in providing all relevant information. Minor suggestions are (1) Provide beach chairs and umbrellas. (2) A mop and dustpan for clean up (3) Have housekeeping check after each guest to make sure grill is clean. Great stay!!!!! Will book again!!!

Great experience in Anna Maria Island

This property is a great location for a family to stay during a trip to Anna Maria Island. The walk to the beach is literally 2 minutes tops! Really can't beat it for the area.

Great stay!

Everything was great, the toilet seats never were replaced but they weren’t as bad as people made them seem. I didn’t notice the fuss on those. The pool was perfect, the location was great. A little far to walk with young kids so we drove and dropped our stuff off. Master was so great, nice shower, and size. The sliding glass doors all along the back were really neat. We didn’t use the canal at all, it was super mucky and not really in good shape. The one thing that annoyed me was that the pool guy came (unannounced in the middle of the day on a Saturday) to do pool maintenance preventing us from being able to use the pool for at least two hours. Even after the two hours it was very obvious that chemicals had just been put in. I contacted the property manager and never heard back and was not offered any apology or explanation. The appropriate time for pool maintenance is when tenants are NOT renting the home. Overall, a wonderful stay!

House was overpriced

The kitchen was great with all you needed. The pool screen coverings was filthy. The screen doors were very dirty. The guest bath looked like it was from 1950. Pink sink and tub. Both toilet seats in house need to be replaced. There were very little instructions especially for the TVs. There was little instruction on how to check out except drop keys at vacasa office. We could have gotten something a lot nicer and less expensive. I would never recommend this house or Vacase.

Better in person than expected just a few things needed to make a little better

Well equipped with necessary vacation things. The house itself was better than the pictures and the layout of a split ranch was nice. Agree with other comment about doors to 2 guest rooms they should be solid not slotted doors morning noise was an issue for young adults trying to sleep in. Also master bath/vanity should have a door to close off the entire section to provide privacy but also a way to shut out light and noise for when sink/vanity is in use late at night or even early in the morning. New toilets seats are really a simple and needed fix 😉

Good choice

Was pretty much as described. Pool area was really nice. I feel like there could have been more towels for 7 people. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and we could walk across the street to the beach. It was our favorite beach we went to on the island. Great sand and lots of space.
