Staff, customer service, unfriendly manager when we needed assistance. We were not satisfied. When I made the reservation, it was breakfast included and I had three people in the room and when we went to breakfast we were informed that they do not include breakfast, then after 10 minutes of going back and forth they honored one person.

The room.was fine, the big issue was the guy cutting down trees outside our room at 730am today. Really? And then the boom truck backs up and is left running , could smell the exhaust in oir room. We checked out.

The rooms were very clean. Service at the restaurant was sketchy. But they did manage it in the end. Everyone was very nice. I was able to charge everything to my room which made things very convenient. My pup was welcomed with open paws. I would go back.
