I wish I had believed all of the bad reviews before booking this property. But no, I thought maybe my experience would be different. I have stayed at several Comfort Suites hotels in various states…and I have never seen a property like this one. I guess my first sign should have been the hundreds of cigarette butts and blunts on the ground in front of the property (But to be fair, an employee came outside and began picking up some of it) The room itself had multiple issues: Stained sheets, only ONE towel in bathroom, red stains on bathroom floor, filthy shower head, etc. Then as if all that wasn’t bad enough..the sofa bed had NO MATTRESS on it and it was COVERED IN STAINS! I would have had a better experience at a 1 star motel. Had it not been so late, I would have left immediately! To the property OWNER…there needs to be some SERIOUS re-evaluation when it comes to maintenance of the hotel. The lack of care and pride in the property is truly unacceptable. And to think I paid almost the same amount as I would have at the Radisson or Marriott..which are definitely better in terms of quality and comfort. Unless there’s a change in the future, I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone who cares about cleanliness and comfort.

The place was not safe, guess smoking on the floors with no smoking sign, people walking around with a gun. Smell of Marijuana on the 3 floor coming from the room, the place so ghetto. The room and the towels was not properly clean. Overall, the property need a lot of improvements.

Bridget , Jaylen and Lopez are amazing at the front desk! The pool is one of the amenities that’s attracting the guest but it doesn’t work and doesn’t seem like they’re trying to fix it either. Breakfast is the same every morning they never serve fresh fruit. I went down at 8:30 one morning and they were serving the same sausages and scramble eggs they serve every morning was game. I asked the lady at the desk if she would make more and she said they don’t cook after 8:30, then why is breakfast served until 9 if its a possibility you could come down and not get anything. The stuff in their store is definitely over priced but its the only convenience at the time because theirs really nothing over there other than gas stations. The AC’s in the hallway are all leaking on each floor. The weekend rate $140 for one night is not worth it. They say no pets allowed but they pick and choose who can stay with their pets. Had to stay here because I was having some housing issues but I will never stay here again!!!
